Each individual may hold only one account on betbtb. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and all winnings and bonuses forfeited. If multiple members of the same household share a device or network, they must notify support in advance.
Keep your username and password strictly confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account to betbtb Support immediately. betbtb will never ask for your password over the phone or by email.
To deposit on betbtb, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits via another person's bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account are not permitted. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless betbtb voids it for a specific reason such as event cancellation or a technical error. Please review all details carefully before confirming your bet.
If an event is cancelled or suspended for more than 48 hours, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For live betting, if an event is suspended after it has started, bets may be settled based on the score at the time of suspension.
If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, betbtb reserves the right to void the affected bets. Bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous or abnormal may be cancelled at any time.
Betting activity related to match fixing or any form of corruption in sport is strictly prohibited on betbtb and may be subject to legal action.
